Simoneau Vineyards

Est. 1988

We produce honest to goodness Sonoma County Wine, Alexander Valley style.

Simoneau Vineyards is located at the western end of Alexander Valley outside of Healdsburg, CA. We grow Chardonnay – 5 acres with nine different clones, Cabernet Sauvignon – 5 acres with five different clones, and on our fence lines we grow the other four Bordeaux varietals – Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Petit Verdot.

Here at Simoneau Vineyards we are grapegrowers first, as we sell some 95% of what we grow. In 2005, after building our reputation as reserve style grapegrowers, we decided to produce small lots of wine from our favorite rows in our vineyard.

Today we produce four wines – the Brenda Lee Chardonnay named after my wife, a Cabernet Sauvignon, a Bordeaux blend called FenceLine, and a unique wine, a Chardonnay Rosé, the first ever Chardonnay Rosé.

With a sip of any of our wines the fruit is featured. We invite you to enjoy a taste of our special place – Simoneau Vineyards.

Meet The Family

Cabernet Sauvignon

Our work horse red grown on five acres of prime Alexander Valley Cabernet ground. With close spacing and low vigor, our vines produce tiny berries with big flavors.

Chardonnay

Small batch, food friendly wine made from nine different clones named after my beautiful wife Brenda Lee.

FenceLine

This Bordeaux blend is made from grapes grown on, what else, our fence lines. To the south – Cabernet Sauvignon, the west – Merlot, leaving Petite Verdot, Malbec, and Cabernet Franc at our vineyard entrance.

Chardonnay Rosé

Not just Rosé… Chardonnay Rosé and it’s the world’s first ever.  Will match with almost every wine and food combination and sure to blow the minds of your guests.
